We’re proud to be Filipina hustlers.
We understand the late nights, the family pressure, the “kaya mo na yan” culture.

That’s why we created Her Hustle: to make career prep feel relatable, real, and rooted in intention.

Hannah and Cassy were still college students when they discovered the world of freelancing during the pandemic.

Between online classes, org work, deadlines, and uncertainty, they built careers from their laptops, learning how to hustle smart, not just hard.

We started Her Hustle because we were once you:

✨ figuring everything out
✨ trying to make money
✨ pretending to be “that girl” while crying over deadlines

We know what it feels like to take risks without a clear path.

One of us moved from the Philippines to New Zealand to rebuild her life from scratch.
The other pursued a career completely different from her college degree.

No clear roadmap. Just courage, trial and error, and a lot of figuring things out along the way.

Today, we’re still building, just in different paths.

Cassy now works in New Zealand as a Data Analyst, while Hannah works in the Philippines as a Talent Manager, both still hustling, still growing, and still figuring things out.

Now, we’re here to help you do the same —
but smarter, more intentional, and with a little less stress.
